La Tim Metal Acquires Majority Stake in La-tim Lifestyle & Resorts Limited

La Tim Metal & Industries Ltd has acquired a significant stake in La-tim Lifestyle & Resorts Limited, as per the disclosure under Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition details are as follows: Before the acquisition, La-tim Lifestyle & Resorts Limited held 18,40,824 equity shares of Rs. 0.5/- each, which increased to 18,40,824 equity shares of Rs. 0.5/- each after the acquisition. This translates to a total holding of 7,001,517 shares, which is 38.03% of the total diluted share/voting capital of the TC. The acquisition was made by Rahul Maganlal Timbadia, a promoter of La Tim Metal & Industries Ltd.
