Labelkraft Technologies Ltd. Boosts Remuneration for Key Personnel and Seeks Loan

Labelkraft Technologies Ltd. held a Board Meeting on 5th March 2026, where several key decisions were made. The Board approved an increase in the remuneration of Ms Raashi Jain (DIN: 09759926), a Whole-time Director of the Company. Similarly, the remuneration of Mr Ranjeet Kumar Solanki (DIN: 00922338), the Chairman and Managing Director, was also increased. The Company plans to apply for a loan of up to Rs. 1 Crore from Karnataka State Financial Corporation (KSFC). Additionally, the Board decided to apply to Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) for allotment of industrial land for the Company.
