Labelkraft Technologies Ltd. has announced a scheduled Board Meeting on 05 March 2026 at its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The agenda includes the consideration of increasing the remuneration of Chairman & Managing Director, Ranjeet Kumar Solanki, and Whole-time Director, Ms Raashi Jain.
