Lactose India Ltd Announces Approval of Scheme of Amalgamation with Vitanosh Ingredients Private Limited

Lactose India Ltd has announced the approval of a special resolution for a scheme of amalgamation between Vitanosh Ingredients Private Limited and Lactose (India) Limited. The resolution was approved during the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 28th March 2026. The meeting was conducted through Video Conference / Other Audio Video Means, and shareholders were provided with remote e-voting and e-voting facilities. The scrutinizer, Adv. Arjun Lakhanpal, oversaw the voting process to ensure fairness and transparency. All resolutions were approved by the shareholders with the requisite majority.
