Lactose India Ltd announces effective date of amalgamation

Lactose India Limited has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation between Vitanosh Ingredients Private Limited and Lactose (India) Limited has become effective from September 05, 2026. This follows the pronouncement of an order by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, approving the scheme on August 20, 2026. The certified copy of the NCLT order has been filed with the respective Registrar of Companies, marking the official commencement of the amalgamation process.
