Lactose India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 and Year Ended 31st March 2026

Lactose India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of audited financial results. The board meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course. All concerned persons are advised not to deal in securities of Lactose (India) Limited during the said prohibited period.
