Lactose India Ltd. Issues Corrigendum to EGM Notice for Shareholders Meeting

Lactose India Ltd. has issued a corrigendum to the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company, scheduled to be held on Saturday, 28th March, 2026. The corrigendum provides modifications/clarifications to the resolutions and/or explanatory statement contained in the original notice. The EGM is being held in compliance with the NCLT order and will be conducted through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The corrigendum includes the shareholding pattern of Promoter/Promoter Group and Public shareholders before and after the implementation of the scheme, and the impact of the scheme on the public shareholders.
