Ladderup Finance Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window till 48 hours after Financial Results Declaration for FY 2025-2026

Ladderup Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for 'Designated Persons/promoters/directors/KMP/insiders, etc.' and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Financial Results will be intimated separately.
