Laffans Petrochemicals Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 22, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s V Kumar & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the company. This appointment, initially approved by the Board of Directors on August 25, 2026, has now been confirmed by the shareholders. M/s V Kumar & Associates, led by Mr. Vivek Kumar, will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the Financial Year 2026-27 until the Financial Year 2030-31. Mr. Vivek Kumar has 16 years of professional experience and is not related to any of the company's promoters, promoter group members, or directors, ensuring independence.
