Lahoti Overseas Board Meeting on Aug 10 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Lahoti Overseas Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also implemented a trading window closure for its directors and designated employees from July 1, 2026, to August 15, 2026, to prevent insider trading during the financial results announcement period.
