Lakhotia Polyesters Appoints New Director, Auditor

Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Ltd announced board changes and auditor appointment following a meeting on August 17, 2026. Mr. Murli Harishkumar Lakhotia was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). The company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Ashokkumar Gulabchand Khajanchi as Executive Director. M/s. Praveen Purohit & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. The 21st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026.
