Intensive Finance & PACs acquire 5.93% stake in Lakhotia Polyesters

Intensive Finance Private Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has disclosed the acquisition of 6,21,000 equity shares of Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Limited. This transaction, conducted via the open market on September 21, 2026, represents 5.93% of the company's issued capital. Prior to this, Intensive Finance held 9.39% (9,84,021 shares) and Intensive Softshare Private Limited (a PAC) held 5.93% (6,21,000 shares). Post-acquisition, Intensive Finance's total holding in Lakhotia Polyesters has increased to 15.32% (16,05,021 shares), while Intensive Softshare's holding became nil. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
