Lakshmi Electrical appoints NRD Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 years

Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. NRD Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31. This decision was approved by shareholders at the 45th Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2026. The appointment follows the completion of the term of the previous auditors, M/s. Subbachar & Srinivasan. Additionally, shareholders approved an amendment to Article 84 of the Articles of Association concerning the appointment and remuneration of directors, aligning it with the Companies Act, 2013.
