LMW Ltd Board Approves Capacity Addition & Unaudited Results

LMW Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 21, 2026, approved the establishment of a new unit, 'Machine Tool Division - Unit III', as part of its production capacity expansion. The board also approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, Sri Arun Alagappan retired as Non-Executive Independent Director upon completing his second term. The financial results will be published in Business Line and Hindu-Tamil on October 22, 2026.
