Lambodhara Textiles Ltd announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 29, 2026, via VC/OAVM. Key decisions also included recommending material related party transactions, approving the appointment of SSMN & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor, and revising the remuneration of Whole-time Director Mrs. Bosco Giulia, subject to shareholder approval.
