Lancer Container Lines Ltd. Approves Rs 150 Crores Rights Issue

Lancer Container Lines Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 1, 2024. The Board approved a proposed fund raising by way of an issuance of equity shares to its eligible equity shareholders on a rights basis ('Rights issue') for a value not exceeding upto Rs 150 Crores. The Board also reserved the right to examine, evaluate various options to raise funds in a manner most beneficial to the Company and to implement the aforementioned and take decisions on the type of offering including inter alia terms and conditions, nature of security, record date, issue size, issue price, timing of the issue, and all other matters related and incidental to the offering.
