Miju Kattukaran & Others Acquire Shares in Lancer Container Lines Ltd

According to a disclosure under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Lancer Container Lines Ltd has received disclosures from Miju Kattukaran & Others. The acquisition details are as follows: Miju Kattukaran Antony Kattukaran Vareed Antony acquired 2,46,88,658 shares carrying voting rights, which is 6.99% of the total voting rights. Similarly, Prafulla Kumar Jha Someshwar Jha acquired the same number of shares. The total equity share capital of the company before the acquisition was Rs. 1,25,19,71,545/- consisting of 25,03,94,309 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. After the acquisition, the total equity share capital of the company became Rs. 1,76,63,18,590/- consisting of 35,32,63,718 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
