Lancor Holdings Declares Un-Audited Financial Results for Q1 FY27

Lancor Holdings Ltd announced the approval of its Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, reviewed and approved both standalone and consolidated results. The Audit Committee also reviewed the results. Additionally, the Board approved the convening of the 41st Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, and fixed September 21, 2026, as the record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The re-appointment of Mr. Srinivasan Vasudevan as an Independent Director for a second term commencing November 13, 2026, was also approved, pending shareholder consent.
