Landmarc Leisure Appoints S M M P & Company as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd announced the appointment of M/s S M M P & Company as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 35th AGM (2026) until the conclusion of the 40th AGM (2031), subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Directors' report for the year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, M/s. M. K. Saraswat & Associates LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026.
