Landmark Cars Ltd: Independent Directors Reappointed/Appointed at AGM

Landmark Cars Limited announced at its 20th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026, that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Chokhani and Mr. Gautam Trivedi as Independent Directors for second terms of 3 and 5 years respectively, effective October 28, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Rita Teaotia was appointed as an Independent Director for a 3-year term, effective August 11, 2026. These appointments are in line with SEBI Listing Regulations.
