Landmark Global Learning Ltd's board of directors, in a meeting held on May 27, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Vijay Dhingra & Co. as Internal Auditors and Mr. Sumit Bharti Gupta of M/s Sumit Bharti & Associates as Tax Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The board also approved the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors.
