Landmark Global Learning Approves Audited Financial Results

Landmark Global Learning Limited's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026, during its meeting on May 27, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Vijay Dhingra & Co. as Internal Auditors and Mr. Sumit Bharti Gupta of M/s Sumit Bharti & Associates as Tax Auditor for FY 2025-26. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
