Landmark Global Learning Board Approves Managerial Remuneration, Sets AGM Date

Landmark Global Learning Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the managerial remuneration for Mr. Jasmeet Singh Bhatia (Managing Director and Chairman) and Ms. Richa Arora (Whole Time Director) for the remaining term of their appointments. The board also scheduled the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 30, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting commenced at 4:30 PM and concluded at 6:15 PM.
