L&T Construction Wins Significant Orders for Building and Factories Business, Including a New Medical College and Hospital

Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) Buildings & Factories business vertical has secured multiple orders, the most notable being a contract from the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata to construct a Medical College and Hospital Campus with a total built-up area of 1.21 million sq ft. This project, valued above 15,000 crore, includes a 605-bed hospital and a medical college with a student intake capacity of 150. The project is scheduled for completion within 60 months and will involve civil structure, finishes, MEP, paramedical works, and external development. L&T Construction has also received several add-on orders for some existing jobs.
