Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) has recently secured major orders for its Building & Factories (B&F) vertical in India. The B&F vertical has won an order from a reputed multinational corporation (MNC) for one of the largest proposed IT Parks in Bengaluru, spanning 5.9 million square feet. The project, to be delivered in two phases, involves the development of six towers with 14 storeys each, and a wide range of civil structure works, unitized facade glazing, architectural lighting, finishes, and electromechanical services. L&T has also secured an order from a reputed developer to construct a mixed-use development project in Mumbai, to be completed within 45 months.
