Laser Diamonds changes name to Turner Industries Limited

Laser Diamonds Limited announced its change of name to Turner Industries Limited through an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). The resolution to change the company's name was passed as a Special Resolution, along with alterations to its Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect the new identity. The company also confirmed that all existing assets and liabilities will continue under the new name. Additionally, Mr. Nikhil N Kumar was appointed as the Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy.
