Last Mile Enterprises Approves Final Dividend

Last Mile Enterprises Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 6, 2026, approved the recommendation of a final dividend of 2% on equity shares of Rs. 1 each, amounting to Rs. 0.02 per share. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the auditor's report and a statement of deviation/variation. Additionally, M/s Kiran Bulchandani & Associates were appointed as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
