Last Mile Enterprises Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window from 1st April 2026

Last Mile Enterprises Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
