Laxmi Dental disburses ₹25 Lakh unsecured loan to subsidiary

Laxmi Dental Ltd has disbursed an unsecured loan of ₹25 Lakhs to its subsidiary, Signature Smiles Dental Clinic Private Limited. This disbursement is in accordance with a loan agreement dated December 29, 2025, which allows for loans up to an aggregate amount of ₹50 Lakhs in tranches. Following this disbursement, the outstanding loan amount from the subsidiary to the company now stands at ₹1,25,00,000/-. The terms and conditions of the loan remain unchanged from those initially disclosed.
