The Transferor Company, Bizdent Devices Private Limited, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Transferee Company, Laxmi Dental Limited, and is engaged in the business of manufacture, distribution, and sale of aligner and retainer devices, sleep apnoea devices, and sports guards. The Transferee Company, Laxmi Dental Limited, is engaged in various dental-related activities, including the establishment of hundred percent export-oriented units.
