Laxmi Dental Ltd's Board of Directors has approved a scheme of amalgamation between Bizdent Devices Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company, and Laxmi Dental Limited. The scheme is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, including approval of the Regional Director, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatory authorities. The Transferor Company, Bizdent Devices Private Limited, is engaged in the manufacture, distribution, and sale of aligner and retainer devices, sleep apnoea devices, and sports guards. The Transferee Company, Laxmi Dental Limited, is engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, importing, exporting, fabricating, preparing, and dealing in various dental products and establishing and setting up hundred percent export-oriented units for the above purpose.
