Laxmi Dental Ltd to Acquire 58% Stake in AI Dent Global for up to INR 2,05,00,000

Laxmi Dental Ltd, a leading dental company, has announced its decision to invest in AI Dent Global Private Limited, a startup recognized by DPIT under Startup India. The investment will be in the form of purchasing equity shares and subscribing to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), amounting to a total of INR 2,05,00,000. Post-transaction, Laxmi Dental will hold approximately 49% of the equity share capital and 9% of the CCPS in AI Dent, aggregating to a 58% stake in the company. This strategic alignment aims to enhance innovation, efficiency, and market expansion in dental healthcare, both domestically and internationally. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2025.
