Laxmipati Engineering Works Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Laxmipati Engineering Works Limited has announced the closure of its trading window from April 1, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders in respect of securities of the company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results of the company for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be communicated in due course.
