Kunjit Patel Increases LCC Infotech Stake to 38.64%

Kunjit Maheshbhai Patel has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in LCC Infotech Limited, increasing his total holding to 38.64% of the total voting capital. The acquisition involved 23,126,760 equity shares, representing 13.72% of the total share capital, executed via an off-market transaction through a Shares Purchase Agreement on August 27, 2026. Prior to this, Patel held 24.92% of the company's shares. The total equity share capital of LCC Infotech Limited remains unchanged at 168,593,350 equity shares.
