LE Lavoir adds agenda for director regularization to AGM notice

LE Lavoir Ltd. has issued an addendum to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, originally dated September 2, 2026. The addendum, dated September 22, 2026, adds new agenda items (No. 8 to 10) to the AGM scheduled for September 29, 2026. These new items include special resolutions for the regularization of Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani and Mr. Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar as Non-Executive and Independent Directors.
