LE Lavoir Appoints Hardika Ladha as Additional Independent Director

LE Lavoir Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Hardika Ladha as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective August 7, 2026. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on the same day. Ms. Ladha brings experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial functions. She is an Associate Company Secretary of ICSI and is not related to any existing director of the company. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
