LE Lavoir Ltd has entered into an agreement with Orex Coliving Spaces Private Limited (Union Living) to provide wet cleaning, washing, and dry-cleaning services under the "Le Lavoir" brand. This strategic partnership aims to expand LE Lavoir's presence across various institutions and facilitate its entry into the retail market segment. According to Managing Director Sachin Kapse, this initiative marks a significant advancement in offering laundromat services to the hospitality sector, focusing on convenience, consistency, and service transparency for residents. The company anticipates that this collaboration will enhance operational synergies, broaden its customer base, and support long-term growth objectives. LE Lavoir also aims to become a preferred and trusted partner across Indian markets, aligning with the 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' initiatives.
