Le Travenues Technology Ltd: CGST Appeals rejected, plans further appeal

Le Travenues Technology Ltd has received an Order-in-Appeal from the Additional Commissioner, CGST (Appeals), Gurugram, rejecting its appeals against an earlier order. The original order had confirmed a demand of ₹89,80,778 in GST, plus equal penalty and applicable interest, for the period July 2017 to March 2023. The dispute centers on the classification of services rendered to overseas entities as 'intermediary services' instead of 'export of services'.
