Leading Leasing Finance Forfeits 50 Lakh Warrants

Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltd announced the forfeiture of 50,00,000 convertible warrants that were not exercised within the stipulated 18-month period. These warrants were part of an allotment of 12,90,00,000 warrants issued on a preferential basis at Rs. 7.40 per warrant. The company had initially received Rs. 23,86,50,000 as an initial subscription amount. The forfeiture was approved by the Board of Directors on June 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations. The total value of the forfeited warrants, based on the issue price, amounts to Rs. 3,70,00,000.
