Leading Leasing Finance forfeits 50 lakh warrants worth ₹3.7 Cr

Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Ltd announced the forfeiture of 50,00,000 convertible warrants. These warrants, initially issued at ₹7.40 each, were not exercised by the allottees within the stipulated period ending May 13, 2026. The company had initially allotted 12,90,00,000 warrants on a preferential basis. Of these, 12,40,00,000 were converted into equity shares. The forfeited warrants represent an unexercised portion of the initial allotment, with the company having received an initial subscription amount for them. The forfeiture is in accordance with SEBI regulations.
