LEAP India Ltd to Incorporate Two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries

LEAP India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of two new wholly owned subsidiaries. The first subsidiary, Vimprotech Private Limited, will focus on the Plastics Processing / Packaging Industry, manufacturing vacuum-formed, thermoformed, and injection-moulded products and packaging solutions. It will be capitalized with an initial subscription of ₹4,03,00,000. The second subsidiary, to be named Total International Packaging Solutions Private Limited or similar, will operate in Logistics/supply-chain support services, focusing on pooling returnable packing materials. This subsidiary will have an initial subscription of ₹1,65,00,000. Both subsidiaries will be 100% owned by LEAP India Ltd and incorporated in India.
