Leapfrog Engineering considers Director appointment and auditor changes

Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 21, 2026, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. GRSM & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar as Secretarial Auditor for five years and Mrs. Sapna Raghavendra as a Director liable to retire by rotation. These appointments are pending shareholder consent at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting also addressed other agenda items.
