Leel Electricals Board Meeting on Nov 10 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Leel Electricals Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 10th, 2026, to consider and approve the financial results for the period and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address other inter-alia matters as per SEBI regulations. The trading window will be closed from September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the results declaration. The company notes that trading of its shares is already suspended.
