Leel Electricals Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insiders Until After Q1 2026 Board Meeting

Leel Electricals Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for insiders in accordance with Security Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the 'Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives'. The window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Audited Financial Results for the period ending March 31st, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be informed in due course. The trading of the company's shares is already suspended due to the Corporate Action.
