
Lehar Footwears Receives Rs. 2.93 Crore Capital Subsidy from Government of India
Lehar Footwears Ltd. has announced that it has received approval from the Government of India for a capital subsidy of Rs. 2.93 crores. This subsidy is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and is against the purchase of Plant and machinery and Dies and Moulds which were purchased during the year 2021 to 2024. The company will receive Rs. 1.33 Crore out of Rs.2.93 crore under the self-financing Scheme and Rs.1.60 Crore under the bank borrowing scheme. The bank borrowing scheme amount of Rs.1.60 Crore will be deposited by the company under the loan account for the repayment of Loan taken from SIDBI against the purchase of Plant and Machinery and Dies and Moulds.
