Lemon Tree Hotels Expands Footprint in Surat, Gujarat with New Property

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property, Lemon Tree Premier, Surat, Gujarat. The property, managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, will feature 108 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and other public areas. The hotel is strategically located near the Surat Airport and Surat Railway Station, and is well-connected by road. Surat, known as the ‘Diamond City of India’ and the ‘Silk City’, is a global leader in diamond cutting and polishing, and a key hub for silk and synthetic fabric production. The city is also famous for its vibrant street food culture.
