Lemon Tree Hotels Expands Maharashtra Portfolio with Hotel Signing in Akola

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chain, has announced the signing of a new hotel in Akola, Maharashtra. This addition expands the company’s growing portfolio to 28 hotels in Maharashtra, including 15 operational properties and 13 in the pipeline. The hotel, managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, will offer 55 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, conference room, and recreational amenities. Situated in the Vidarbha region, Akola is a key commercial and agricultural centre, widely recognized for its cotton production and strong trading ecosystem. The new hotel is strategically located for corporate travellers, trade visitors, and regional transit demand.
