Lemon Tree Hotels Launches Its 24th Property in Bihar with Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chain, launched its latest managed property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari, on October 31, 2025. This launch marks another milestone in the brand’s expansion across Eastern India and further reinforces its presence in Bihar, where it has one operational property. The hotel features 50 well-appointed rooms and suites across various categories, designed for comfort and functionality. Of these 32 rooms, along with Citrus Café, the multi-cuisine restaurant and banquet spaces, including Tangerine Grand 1, Tangerine Grand 2, a Boardroom, as well as a Spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool will open in the first phase.
