Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd Converts Franchised Hotel to Managed Hotel in Motihari, Bihar

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has announced the conversion of Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari from a franchised hotel to a managed hotel. The Franchise Agreement has been terminated by mutual consent and replaced with a Hotel Operating Agreement & License Agreement. The hotel will now be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The property features 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a fitness center, a lounge, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a bar, a spa, and other public areas.
