Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. Converts Lemon Tree Mountain Resort, Kasauli into Lemon Tree Premier with 78 Rooms

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has announced the conversion of Lemon Tree Mountain Resort, Kasauli from a franchised hotel to a managed hotel under the name Lemon Tree Premier, Kasauli. The Franchise Agreement between M/s. Atithivan Hospitality Private Limited (Franchisee) and Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (Franchisor) has been terminated by mutual consent. Simultaneously, a Hotel Operating Agreement & License Agreement for Lemon Tree Premier, Kasauli has been entered into by the parties. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and is expected to open in FY 2027. The new hotel will feature 78 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting/conference room, a swimming pool, a spa, fitness center and other public areas.
